Journal of Integrative Plant Biology (JIPB,《植物学报》英文版)是由中国科学院植物研究所和中国植物学会共同主办，Wiley-Blackwell出版、国际发行的植物学综合性全英文学术期刊。因工作需要，JIPB拟招聘一名全职稿件系统管理编辑。
一、岗位设置部门：文献信息中心
二、岗位名称：JIPB稿件系统管理编辑
三、岗位职级：中级(或副高级)
四、岗位聘任形式：项目聘用(或创新支撑岗位)
五、岗位职责：
1.负责来稿初审并分配稿件；
2.负责Bench>Press系统管理；
3.联系编委、审稿人等，完成稿件审理；
4.日常稿件处理等编辑业务。
六、招聘条件：
1.具有植物学或相关专业的博士学位，以第一作者在SCI影响因子大于3的学术期 刊上发表过文章，具有分子生物学知识与技术；
2.英语通过国家英语六级或以上考试，或在国外工作2年以上，可使用英语作为有效工作语言；
3.具有较强的计算机实际操作与通用办公软件使用能力；
4.具有较强的协调、沟通能力；
5.非应届毕业生应具有北京市户口；
6.符合植物研究所应聘岗位的其他聘任条件。

Journal of Integrative Plant Biology Recruitment Notice: Manuscript Manager
The Journal of Integrative Plant Biology (JIPB) is a leading international plant biological journal sponsored by the Institute of Botany, Chinese Academy of Sciences and Botanical Society of China, and published by Wiley-Blackwell (). We are currently looking for a Manuscript Manager to work in the Editorial Office to promote the journal in the plant science community and to facilitate communication between the Editorial Board, Reviewers, Authors, Publisher and the Editorial Office. Annual salary will depend on qualifications. The position is available from 16 January, 2012, until filled.
Main responsibilities:
1.Preliminary checking of manuscript quality and assignment of manuscripts;
2.Management of the Bench>Press manuscript processing system;
3.Communication between the Editorial Board, Reviewers, and Authors;
4.Participation in manuscript processing and other editing work.
Qualifications:
1.PhD degree in plant molecular biology-related areas with publications as the first author in SCI journals whose impact factor are more than the score of 3;
2.Good English writing skills and fluent oral English, qualification for CET 6, two or more years research experience in an English-speaking laboratory;
3.Experienced in practical and general office computer software use;
4.Good coordination and communication skills.
