Job Title: Associate SQA engineer (Grade A)
Description
SEP Server QA team is looking for an associate SQA engineer.
Responsibilities
• Create and execute test cases including manual and automation tests on endpoint security products
• Review PRD, FSD and test strategy
• Work with dev and US counterpart to ship high quality product
• Configuration of test environments with windows environment
• Verification test results, documentation of tests results and reporting of status, troubleshooting issues
Qualifications
• M.S, B.S in Computer Science or related field
• Have basic understanding of Windows based operating system fundamentals.
• Good understanding of network and database
• Be familiar with network security is a plus
• Programming skill in script languages as powershell or python is a plus
• Self-motivated, can-do attitude, good team work and communication skill are necessary qualities
• English Language skills are required.
Job Title: SQA engineer (Grade B)
Description
SEP Server Performance QA team is looking for a SQA Engineer.
Responsibility
• Conduct new requirement review and design test strategy.
• Review design documents and perform test case design.
• Consolidate the test approach and validate the consistence of test methodology.
• Perform test automation script development to benefit the case execution.
• Launch test case execution manually or automatically.
• Follow the formal defects process to file defects and work closely with developer to h reproduce and troubleshooting effectively.
• Analysis test result and generate test reports.
• Escalate any risks to team leader as early as possible.
Qualification
• 2~5 years experience of software testing on enterprise products
• MS/BS in Computer Science or related field.
• Have performance test experience is preferred.
• Have basic understanding of Windows based operating system fundamentals.
• Have basic understanding of Network, TCP/IP and Routing/Switching protocols.
• Have basic knowledge on Java/C , Powershell, C#, etc.
• Have good knowledge of SQL server administration and SQL server script.
• Have good reading/writing capability in English, oral is a plus.
• Good trouble shooting skills in testing complex environment with combination of multiple test tools and complex test topology.
• Easy to communicate, Self-motivated, can-do attitude, good team player, fast learner.
• Work and manage time in accordance with team goals and priorities.
