Mandatory Skills:
? A Bachelors degree with a minimum of 2 years experience with PeopleSoft
HR application
? Very Strong logical and analytical problem resolution skills.
? Global consolidations experience desired.
? Strong organizational and communication skills and be detail oriented.
? Ability to work both independently and as a member of a team.
? Ability to work in a fast paced environment and handle multiple tasks
simultaneously.
? Fluent in English, excellent written, verbal and strong interpersonal
skills are required.
? Proficiency in MS office is required.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
? Functional experience with multiple PeopleSoft applications (HCM, EPM)
modules or any PeopleSoft technical experience is a plus.
? Recent experience including either multiple full life cycle
implementation or upgrade experience with version 8.8 or above is a big
plus.
? Experience training and supporting end users with the PeopleSoft
applications.
? Experience with data conversions to PeopleSoft applications.
? Experience testing PeopleSoft application instances to successfully
validate application setups, including input to test plans, test scenarios,
and test scripts.
