Developer/Junior Developer (Support Application Landscape)
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

Purpose and Objective of Job
Active Global Support has a number of productive internal business systems used by SAP worldwide.
One of these is a CRM system to handle the customer engagement processes. For the CRM system, support application development,
test case and monitoring of the productive business processes are important tasks to perform on an ongoing basis.
In this context, AGS acts like a customer using SAPs CRM product. The access to these business critical applications is
offered by the Support Application Landscape team via SAP CRM Web UI.
These productive business systems and their included processes must be supported and maintained by us as well.

Expectations and Tasks of Job
- Application Development & Implementation
- Maintenance of existing applications
- Creation and maintenance of test cases to support a smooth rollout
- Proactive monitoring of the productive business processes

Work Experience
- 1-2 years working experience of software development required for Junior Developer
- 3-5 years working experience of software development required for Developer
Education and Qualifications / Skills and Competencies
- B.S above in computer science or comparable education
- Good knowledge in object oriented programming paradigms and web development experience needed
- Know-how in ABAP-OO, SAP Web AS, SAP CRM Service, SAP CRM Web UI would be very helpful but is not mandatory
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Fluent in English(spoken and written)
- Strong communication skills
- Solid skills of international team working
- Ability and willingness to stay abroad for a certain period of time
