Job Description:
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
-Design, implement and maintain AMD Windows device drivers, including but not limited to Windows camera driver, storage drivers, networking drivers, bus drivers, filter drivers, and resolve customer issues on time
-Provide technical leadership in the development of Windows device driver
-Closely interact with ASIC design team in new feature definition and bring up for future product generation
-Deliver high quality driver release on time according to schedule
-Provide valuable solution to HW issues from software perspective
-Collaborate and interface with local and global management, development and test teams to deliver a complete product solution
Qualification:
-BS-CS/BS-EE with at least 5 years experience in Windows device driver development, or 3 years experience for master degree
-Excellent driver development, debugging and testing skills in C/C
-Solid understanding of Windows driver architecture (WDM/WDF)
-Strong analysis and problem solving skills
-Proven interpersonal skill, technical leadership and teamwork capability
-Experience with A/V stream, Multimedia driver development is a plus
-Experience with bus driver, port driver and filter driver development in Windows environment is a plus
-Knowledge in ISP(Image Signal Processing), video encoding/decoding is a big plus
-Knowledge in PCI, USB, SATA, SD, I2C, MIPI bus protocol is preferred
-Fluent in both written and Oral English
