Qualifications :
The following requirements must be met in order to be considered for the GD GOLD program.
GPA of 3.0 (“B”) or higher (in major or cumulative)
Must have graduated no earlier than December 2010
Demonstrated leadership skills
Superior communication skills
Goal oriented with focus on results
Flexibility to manage multiple situations and projects
Ability to work collaboratively and think critically
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new environments
Demonstrated focus on the customer
Excellent analytical skills
