Team Assistant 部门行政助理
Job Description:
•Support the team in general administrative duties, e.g., handling incoming and outgoing mails or phone calls.
•Take care of purchasing related requirements, such as purchase orders and invoices.
•Manage all stationary orders.
•Maintain time records, holiday records etc for department staff.
•Take care of scheduling for meetings and travel plans etc.
•Manage online intern system
•Arrange visitors
Qualification:
•Bachelor degree above (fresh graduates)
•Fast learner
•Must be fluent in English (German is a plus)
•Strong communication skills both verbally and literally
•Proficient with computer skills (Outlook, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
•Must be creative to provide solutions when problems occur
•Possess strong organizational skills,
•Multi-tasking, enjoys a fast paced working environment
•Detail-oriented and well-organized, with exceptional prioritization skills
