主要工作是数据（文本和语音数据）的处理，用微软提供的一套语音识别模型训练工具训练语音识别模型，在此过程中，需要程序开发一些工具来辅助工作，开发工作量大概占20%-30%左右。还有部分工作是在此过程中的程序debug以及后期的一些模型性能的测试和tuning工作，因此需要学习和接受新事物的能力较强，具有做事细致和耐心的品质，当然程序开发基础和外语能力是必须的。
Description of Position:
Acoustic Model and Language Model development and testing activities:
Preprocessing, acoustic model training with Autotrain tool, model testing, test liaison with COI for functional testing, language model development, joint AM/LM tuning.
Job Requirements:（Including information from clients and the rate of project）
• Bachelor degree or above on Computer Science or equivalent field, Speech background is preferred.
• Solid design and coding skills in C#/C, coding experience in Perl is a plus.
• Great English communication skills (written and oral, above CET4)
• Strong capability to learn new technologies quickly is a must.
• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills to solve problems is required.
• Great attention to details is also required.
• Ability to work within a team environment with good coordination of work across the team.
注意一下这几点：
1. 有意愿从事Speech组的相关工作（主要工作内容是以非程序开发为主）；
2. 较好的英语沟通能力，读写能力必须要好，听说能力好的话更佳；
3. 项目组用的是C3，愿意即可。 C /C#的人员均可以
