Job Description:
Mission:
•Design and maintain reference and project specific auxiliary systems Process and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) (e.g. fuel gas, syngas, ignition gas, fuel oil, NOx water, purge water, lube oil, hydraulics, pneumatic, flame monitoring and ignition systems), components (filter, strainer, valves) and instrumentation layout for large gas turbine application. Modify or develop actual designs P&ID to meet customer contract requirements, R&D targets and/or local sourcing.
Tasks:
•Be familiar with Siemens gas turbine auxiliary system
•Learn Process and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) design software PROCHEM (CAD tool)
•Create/modify Process and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID) for gas turbine auxiliary system. Modify P&ID drawing notes and title block per Siemens drawing standards.
•Create/modify Wiring Diagram for gas turbine auxiliary system. Modify Wiring Diagram drawing notes and title block per Siemens drawing standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or Aeronautical Engineering.
- Good knowledge of gas turbine or steam turbine auxiliary system, like lube oil, fuel gas, fuel oil & water, hydraulic, instrument air and secondary air as well as of components like valves, pumps, actuators and control blocks.
- Basic knowledge in Turbo machinery/ Turbo Machine Design
- Chinese and English language skills are essential. Fluent English in reading and writing.
