Description
Position(s) Purpose:
This position is responsible for software development of Ericsson CDMA Core OAM product in Beijing
Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for CDMA OAM software development. The main focus for this job is development of CDMA Network Management OAM system.
*Responsible for the software development and support of OAM product.
*Understand software requirements and implement new features for the product.
*Support the defect correction of developed software.

Qualifications
Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirement:
2 years experience in C programming on Sun Solaris platform.
Needed Skills:
-Working experence and strong background in C programming on Sun Solaris.
-Deep knowledge of Sun Solaris.
-Excellent troubleshooting skills and problem-solving
-Knowledge or experience in at least one of Java, C , J2EE, Shell in Unix environment.
-Knowledge of software design, debugging and documentation processes.
-Strong analytical and problem solving skill.
-Good communication, fluent in written/spoken English.

GSM OAM Product Verification Engineer
Position(s) Purpose:
This position is responsible for system level product integration & verification of Ericsson GSM Network Management OAM product.
Job Responsibilities:
The candidate will be responsible for GSM Network Management OAM software testing feature specification studying, testing strategy, testing plan and testing cases development, verification environment setup, problem troubleshooting & solving as well as verification document written. The main focus for this job is the testing of GSM Network Management OAM system.
-Work with PM, Design and VO/TAS/GPS team from multi-site to define the product verification scope and schedule to meet the market requirement.
-Design and develop Testing Strategy and Testing Plan
-Write testing specification and test scripts if required
-Prepare and perform testing cases
-Debug node/system issues and verify compliance of interfaces and features
-Troubleshoot, Investigate and Track product bugs/customer hot issue as CR
-Work in cross-unit and cross-functional team environment with system engineer and software designer
Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirement:
Experience in R&D and OAM Product Verification is highly desired.
Needed Skills:
-Strong knowledge in product verification processes and quality management
-Good knowledge in telecom network, such as GSM, CDMA, LTE; OAM knowledge is highly desired
-Familiar with UNIX environment and Perl/Shell/TCL Scripts
-Familiar with DBMS, such as Oracle and MySQL
-Familiar with general Testing Methodology and technologies
-Good knowledge in network management protocol, such as SNMP and CORBA/XML is preferred

CDMA OAM系统测试工程师
Description
-Design and develop test strategy based on customer spec and product requirements
-Write test specification and develop test tools
-Setup and maintain test environment, integrate the OAM system including installation and configuration.
-Perform tests, debug node/system issues and verify compliance of interfaces and features
-Travel for certification and customer site activities on demand
-Work in cross-unit and cross-functional team environment with system engineer and software designer
Qualifications
-BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or Telecom Engineering
-Above 2 years working experience in telecom software testing preferred areas like Node level OAM testing, EMS testing, NMS testing, etc. R&D Project experience in NBI (Northbound Interface) area is preferred
-Experience of integration test, testing method and technologies
-Familiarity with UNIX, Sybase DB, CORBA and scripts
-OAM knowledge in Network Elements for Radio and Core Network Node or Optical transmission Node or GPON Node will be a plus
-Familiarity with Chinese Operator OAM Specs and NMS will be a plus
-Be a good team player, open, flexible and result-oriented
-Fluency in oral and written English
