adidas China was founded in 1997 in Suzhou, Jiangsu Province. Its
headquarters
are located in Shanghai and it has offices in Beijing Guangzhou and Chengdu

Over the past 14 years, the increasing affluence of Chinese consumers,

grown to such an extent that it is now adidas#39; second largest market

The importance of the China market to adidas was underlined in July 2008

adidas opened its largest store in the world in the landmark Sanlitun
